Darbā tiek analizētas divas rīcībpolitikas ar mērķi izvērtēt vai valsts pārvaldē nodarbināto darba izpildes novērtēšanas sistēma un valsts pārvaldē nodarbināto atlīdzības sistēmas ir sasniegušas sev izvirzītos mērķus un vai ir atrisinājušas sākotnēji definētās problēmas. Teorētiskajā daļā tika aplūkots rīcībpolitikas jēdziens, rīcībpolitikas cikls, rīcībpolitikas novērtēšanas pieejas, kā arī cilvēkresursu jautājumi – darbinieku novērtēšana un darbinieku atlīdzības sistēma. Empīriskajā daļā tika izmantotas dažādas pētnieciskās metodes – dokumentu analīze, anketēšana ministrijās, intervijas. Repeat Assessed Values Model for Housing Price Index

Abstract This study proposes an innovative methodology, named Repeat Appraised Price Model (RAV), useful for determining the price index numbers for real estate markets and the corresponding index numbers of hedonic prices of main real estate characteristics in the case of a lack of data. The methodological approach proposed in this paper aims to appraise the time series of price index numbers.
